This KPI tracks how many parcels receive all expected scan events from the courier—e.g., collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. Gaps in tracking reduce visibility for customers and support teams. For example, if only 60% of parcels are scanned as "delivered," customer service load increases due to WISMO ("Where is my order?") enquiries.
