Incoterms are standardized international rules from the ICC that define who covers shipping, insurance, duties, and risk at different stages—from seller’s location to destination. Examples include EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP. For instance, DDP means the seller pays shipping, import duties, and assumes all risk until goods arrive at the buyer’s doorstep.
