DEMO INCENTIVE OFFER — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective date: June 26, 2026
IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Demo Incentive Offer (the "Offer") made available by The Dispatch Company Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09615192), trading as Helm, Voila and Neuro ("Helm", "Voila", "Neuro", "we", "us").
By submitting your details in connection with this Offer, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1. The Offer
1.1
The Dispatch Company is offering an Amazon.co.uk gift voucher with a face value of £100 (the "Reward") to eligible individuals who complete a qualifying demonstration with a member of The Dispatch Company's sales team.
1.2
The Offer applies to individuals visiting one or more of the following websites during the applicable promotional period:
- helmwms.com
- heyvoila.io
- heyneuro.io
Each is a "Dispatch Company Website".
1.3
The Offer runs from June 26, 2026 until June 26, 2027, or until withdrawn at The Dispatch Company’s sole discretion, whichever is earlier.
Any withdrawal will not affect Rewards already earned by eligible participants who have completed all qualifying steps prior to the change.
1.4
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the Offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Reward, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of your claim and at the time your demonstration is completed.
2.1 New to The Dispatch Company
You must not be a current or former customer of The Dispatch Company Ltd, or any of its trading names, including Helm, Voila, or Neuro.
You must not have previously submitted contact details to us in connection with a sales inquiry, and must not have previously attended a demonstration or sales meeting with any member of our team.
2.2 Website dwell time
You must have spent a minimum qualifying dwell time on one of the Dispatch Company Websites within a single browsing session before triggering the Offer.
Eligibility is session-based and expires when the session ends, including where a browser tab is closed or the session times out.
2.3 Work email address
You must provide a valid work email address associated with a registered business domain.
Personal or consumer email providers are not eligible. Disqualified providers include, but are not limited to:
- gmail.com
- hotmail.com
- outlook.com
- yahoo.com
- icloud.com
- protonmail.com
2.4 Business relevance
Your organization must operate in a sector relevant to The Dispatch Company's services, which includes:
- ecommerce
- warehousing
- third-party logistics (3PL)
- fulfillment operations
- wholesale
- retail businesses with in-house warehouse operations
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to assess relevance at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
2.5 Minimum operational scale
Your business must process a minimum of [500] orders per month or otherwise meet the minimum operational threshold specified in the pre-qualification questionnaire.
Businesses below this threshold will be disqualified automatically.
2.6 Role and influence
You must be employed by or acting on behalf of the relevant business and must hold a role with meaningful influence over operational, purchasing, or software procurement decisions.
Individuals researching purely on behalf of others without decision-making influence are not eligible.
2.7 Geography
You must be based in the United Kingdom, or be acting on behalf of a business with its principal operations in the United Kingdom.
2.8 One per business
Only one Reward will be issued per registered business entity.
The Dispatch Company may assess business identity by reference to company name, registered company number, and/or email domain.
Multiple claims from different individuals sharing the same email domain will be treated as originating from the same business.
2.9 Completed demonstration
You must attend and complete a scheduled demonstration with a The Dispatch Company sales representative lasting a minimum of [20] minutes, as determined by The Dispatch Company's sales team.
No-shows, cancellations, or partial attendances do not qualify.
Demonstrations must be completed within [30] days of the initial claim date.
2.10 Verifiable identity
Anonymous, pseudonymous, or unverifiable submissions are not eligible.
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to verify eligibility by any reasonable means, including cross-referencing submissions against CRM records and publicly available business information.
3. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
3.1
As a condition of eligibility, you must complete The Dispatch Company's pre-qualification questionnaire honestly and in full.
The questionnaire collects information about your:
- business type
- operational scale
- current software
- role
- decision-making authority
3.2
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to disqualify entries where questionnaire responses are materially inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or indicate that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.
3.3
Completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee eligibility or that a demonstration will be scheduled.
The Dispatch Company retains absolute discretion to decline to proceed with any applicant.
4. How to Claim
4.1
To claim the Offer, you must complete all of the following steps:
1. Reach the qualifying dwell time on a The Dispatch Company Website within a single browsing session.
2. Submit your work email address via the Offer prompt displayed on The Dispatch Company’s Websites.
3. Complete the pre-qualification questionnaire in full.
4. Book and attend a qualifying demonstration with a The Dispatch Company sales representative.
5. Receive written confirmation from The Dispatch Company that your eligibility has been verified and your Reward approved.
4.2
The Dispatch Company will review your questionnaire submission for eligibility before scheduling any demonstration and is not obligated to proceed with any applicant.
4.3
By submitting the claim form, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
5. Reward Fulfillment
5.1
Eligible participants who complete all requirements will receive an Amazon.co.uk gift voucher with a face value of £100, delivered to the work email address provided at the time of the claim.
5.2
The Reward will be issued within [5] working days of the completed and verified demonstration.
The Dispatch Company's sales representative must confirm attendance and completion in The Dispatch Company's CRM before any Reward is processed.
5.3
You must activate and use your Reward within 365 days of receipt.
Unredeemed Rewards will expire after this period and will not be reissued or replaced.
5.4
Once issued, the Amazon.co.uk gift voucher is subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions of use.
The Dispatch Company accepts no responsibility for Amazon's terms, restrictions on use, or any changes to Amazon's gift voucher program.
5.5
The Dispatch Company is not responsible for Rewards that are undelivered due to:
- an incorrect or inaccessible email address
- spam filtering
- failure to complete required steps
- any other error attributable to the participant
6. Restrictions
6.1 One per person
Limit of one Reward per individual.
Use of multiple email addresses, aliases, or identities to claim more than one Reward is strictly prohibited.
6.2 One per business
Limit of one Reward per business entity, regardless of the number of individuals employed by or affiliated with that entity.
6.3 Non-transferable
The Reward is personal to the eligible recipient and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person.
6.4 No stacking
The Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer of The Dispatch Company, referral reward, discount, or incentive scheme.
6.5 Monthly cap
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to limit the total number of Rewards issued in any calendar month.
Where the cap is reached, The Dispatch Company will notify affected applicants who have not yet completed their demonstration.
6.6 Anti-abuse
Any attempt to game, abuse, manipulate, or circumvent these Terms, including through the use of automated tools, false or misleading information, or coordinated submissions, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any Reward.
The Dispatch Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse a Reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that these Terms have been breached.
7. Tax
7.1
The tax treatment of the Reward depends on your personal circumstances and employment status.
The Dispatch Company makes no representation as to the tax status of the Reward for any individual recipient.
7.2
You are solely responsible for any income tax, national insurance contributions, or other fiscal obligations arising from your receipt of the Reward.
If you are an employee, you may need to consider whether your employer is required to report the benefit to HMRC.
The Dispatch Company recommends you seek independent tax advice if you are uncertain of your obligations.
8. Data Protection
8.1
By participating in this Offer, you consent to The Dispatch Company collecting and processing your personal data, including your:
- name
- work email address
- company name
- job title
- questionnaire responses
This is for the purposes of administering this Offer and conducting subsequent sales and marketing communications.
8.2
The Dispatch Company will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [LINK], and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.3
For the purposes of Reward delivery, your email address will be shared with The Dispatch Company's voucher fulfillment provider.
By participating, you consent to this disclosure.
8.4
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [privacy@thedespatchcompany.com], subject to The Dispatch Company's obligations to retain certain records.
9. General
9.1
The Dispatch Company's decisions regarding eligibility, disqualification, and Reward fulfillment are final and binding.
9.2
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Dispatch Company in respect of the Offer and supersede any prior representations made in connection with it.
9.3
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
9.4
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
