Moov Parcel is a UK-based courier reseller supporting small to medium-sized businesses with software, hyper-competitive courier rates, and market-leading customer service. Solution
Moov Parcel is currently using The Despatch Company’s shipping solution – Voila for connectivity to couriers, to support all the label generation and tracking their business requires. Utilising Voila for their shipping connections provides an easy, convenient way to manage multiple courier connections, such as DPD, Evri and Yodel, ensuring smooth data flows back to their system via webhooks, delivering real-time tracking visibility to their customers. This instant visibility helps identify any potential problems, enabling them to communicate with customers in a matter of seconds, allowing for a more proactive approach to problem-solving.
In addition to Voila, Moov Parcel has also integrated our Neuro software, connecting to over 150 sales channels and marketplaces through one seamless API. This not only allows their customers to pull orders into one simple, manageable dashboard, but also sends order fulfilment data back to each channel, such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc. With the implementation of Neuro’s stock control functionality, customers will be able to automatically sync stock across all channels.
As a courier reseller, Moov Parcel utilise economies of scale by purchasing cheaper rates from carriers and reselling competitive rates to B2B and SMB customers. After initially building their own order management system – Moov Ninja, has been able to rapidly scale their business with the API integrations provided by The Despatch Company’s products – Neuro and Voila.
