They operate out of their 120,000 square foot warehouse, providing fulfilment services to both eCommerce brands and brick-and-mortar stores as well. Their offerings cover every aspect of order fulfilment, from picking and packing, down to shipping, helping both small startups, all the way up to well-established brands streamline their processes. Before Despatch Cloud, Total Fulfilment lacked an efficient and convenient to manage all their fulfilment clients, while ensuring clear and timely communication.
Applying the Order Management
Total Fulfilment have since been using Despatch Cloud’s warehouse management software to help them manage their fulfilment business. When onboarding a new customer, Total Fulfilment looks firstly to identify their needs. Then, they start creating their hub. This is a dedicated portal where the client can interact with their fulfilment provider, as well as manage orders as inventory. These hubs are supported through Despatch Cloud, helping ensure transparency and timely communication between all parties involved.
